Nichole gained a wealth of experience in Prison Law from her previous work at a charity, which helped prisoners with matters that were not covered by legal aid.
She now specialises in Adjudications. She has represented hundreds of clients up and down the country and has an exceptionally high success rate. She has had many charges dismissed, achieving great results for her clients by going above and beyond her duty. She is based in and around London.
Nichole has detailed knowledge of prison systems and cultures. She connects with clients in a genuine and honest manner, enabling her to reassure clients and guide them through otherwise stressful processes. She takes great care and pride in her work and she is committed to building a trusting rapport with all her clients.
She volunteers as an Appropriate Adult, sitting in on police interviews when young and vulnerable people have been arrested.
Recently, she represented a client with 15 disciplinary charges at an Independent Adjudication. Nichole was supportive of her client’s decision to refuse the offer of a ‘plea bargain’ and demanded the best outcome for her client. All 15 charges were dismissed.
