I first met my solicitor, Emma, in 2017. I am serving an IPP sentence and at times had no progression. Yet through her professionalism and knowledge, Emma enabled me to carry on and finally gain release after 18 years. She provided me with wonderful support and patience through many years and finally helped me gain release.

I have never dealt with a better solicitor and she always took time to explain anything that I didn’t understand. To say Emma as a solicitor is excellent is an understatement, it really is. I owe this lady my life and I certainly trust her with my life.

I firmly believe without Emma supporting me, both legally and emotionally, through some extremely difficult times, I would not be in the position that I am today. For all of the above, I felt her remarkable ability as a solicitor should be recognised.
