HMPPS has published guidance attempting to answer some of the many pressing questions that the friends and family of prisoners have about the effect of COVID-19 on prison regimes.
We think there are important gaps in the guidance and consider that the information could have been presented more clearly. However, we wanted to share it in the hope that it is useful.
