On Monday 23rd March, the Chief Magistrates Office (CMO) confirmed that all Independent Adjudications (IAs) had been postponed until 30/03/2020, under the exceptional circumstances arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Yesterday, the CMO extended the period of postponement:
"We have just received confirmation from the CMO that discussions are still taking place about IAs at this time and in the mean time, all hearings postponed for a further week until 6 April 2020."
Though this is not the news our clients were hoping for, we would like to reiterate that Nichole Warren, our adjudications specialist, is taking every care and pooling all resources to provide the best possible service during this difficult period.
